    BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio (AP) — Records show the parents of three young boys whose mother is suspected of suffocating them rejected Ohio’s care plan for the family earlier this year.

  • 35.3 million Americans, including 1.5 million Ohioans will hit the road this holiday weekend, according to AAA Ohio Auto Club.
