TIFFIN - The Tiffin Flea Market, sponsored by the Seneca County Jr. Fair Foundation, will have its first show of the 2013 season May 4-5, on Seneca County Fairgrounds, 100 Hopewell Avenue, Tiffin.
People come from all over to one of the largest shows in northwest Ohio. There is plenty of free parking and free admission. The fairgrounds is located off State Routes 18, 53 and US 224 with plenty of signs posted. Show hours are from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., both days rain or shine. Camping is available, $20 per night with water and electricity available - call in advance. Breakfast is available on the grounds 7-10 a.m. each morning.
This show will have an Antique Tractor Show/Swap Meet sponsored by the Seneca County Antique Farm Machinery Association both days. Questions for this, call Steve Smith at (419) 618-0017.
Bloomville Lions club will offer a pork chops dinner on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until ??, in the Youth Center Building.
The flea market has both old and new merchandise for sale. A good selection of food is also available from many fine food concessionaires.
Friendly reminder: pets are not allowed in the show areas.
The Seneca County Junior Fair Foundation is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to providing opportunities for the youth of Seneca County to learn and develop leadership skills through participation in Jr. Fair programs and activities. The Foundation also funds building and other improvement projects on the Seneca County Fairgrounds.
