Paulding Co. man killed in car crash

VAN WERT - A Paulding County man is dead after rear-ending a dump truck Wednesday morning.
James A. Dysinger, 50, was driving a 2003 GMC pickup truck eastbound on St. Rd. 111 in Auglaize Township in northeastern Paulding County around 7:30 a.m. when he drove into the rear of a 2001 International dump truck. The dump truck was reportedly stopped for traffic.Dysinger was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Paulding County Coroner Joseph Kuhn.
The driver of the dump truck, 54-year-old Stanley R. Alford, Jr., Antwerp was not injured in the crash. Alford was wearing his seat belt.
The crash occurred at mile marker 23 on St. Rd. 111.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash. The incident remains under investigation by the Van Wert Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
