CELINA - The Celina Police Department has arrested a second suspect in a series of arson fires. Robert Milligan, 19, Celina, was charged with arson and made a court appearance on Friday. He was ordered held on a $100,000 bond in the Mercer County Jail.
On Wednesday, police captured 19-year-old Ridge Matthews and charged him with two counts of arson.

Fire crews were called out early Tuesday morning for blazes that were deliberately set in vehicles parked in the northeast portion of Celina. One vehicle was parked very close to a garage. There may have been other fires set around the same days.

The fires are still under investigation. Anyone with further information is asked to contact the Celina Police at (419) 586-2345.
