VAN WERT — In matches taking place at Olympic Lanes on Monday, Lincolnview’s varsity bowling teams split against Lima Bath, with the boys winning 2,162-1,985 and the girls falling to Bath 2,219-2,051.

Brad Korte led the way for Lincolnview, turning in a 171-191 set while Noah Daegger added a 167-110. Kaleb Allenbaugh’s 2-game set totalled 240 and Jerron Taylor rolled a 237 set. The Lancers built on to their lead by outscoring Bath by 80 pins across the five Baker games.

The Lady Lancers had a sparkling 158-158 (316) set from Alicia Rist and a 169-145 from Makenzie Kraft. Shiann Kraft added a 253 set and Zania Hasty rolled a 268 across her two games. Heading into Baker play, the Lancers were within striking distance, but Bath was able to add on and pull away for the win.
