LEGAL NOTICE

CV-20-08-069

To the Heirs or Assigns of Frederick Reidle, Whose Names and Addresses

are Unknown: Lynnette R. Ruble and Kevin L. Voltz, as Plaintiffs, have filed a Complaint in the Van Wert County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas to seek the Court to determine the rightful ownership of approximately one (1) acre, part West 1/2 Northwest 1/4, Section 5, Liberty Town- ship, Van Wert County, Ohio.

Said one acre parcel includes approxi- mately 1/10 acre containing approximately twenty (20) headstones. Said one acre was once owned by the Dutch Reform Church, by 1873 deed from Frederick and Mary Reidle and the 1873 deed has language that requires said real estate is to revert back to the heirs and assigns of Frederick Reidle if said acreage is not used for “church and graveyard purposes”. Fredrick Reidle

died 12/20/1917 in Van Wert County. Plaintiffs assert that no buildings or rem- nants of the Dutch Reform Church

exist upon said one acre and Plaintiffs assert that they should be granted full, legal title to such one acre by adverse possession and by right of reversion

from Frederick Reidle and by adverse possession.

A hearing upon the Complaint noted

has been set for 10:00 A.M., Thursday, October 8, 2020 in the Van Wert County, Ohio Courthouse, 121 E. Main St., Van Wert, Ohio.
