LIMA — On Feb. 6, members of the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force presented multiple drug-related cases to the February session of the Van Wert County Grand Jury.

Resulting from the cases presented, indictments were issued for Tate Arnold of Van Wert and Jason Monroe, Lacy Sheets and Amber Worl of Delphos.

These charges stem from an investigation conducted by the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force into the possession and distribution of Methamphetamine in the Van Wert and Delphos communities.

The task force was assisted by the Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office and the Delphos Police Department in the apprehension of the subjects.

Tate Arnold

(2 counts) aggravated trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine), both felonies of the second degree

(1 count) trafficking in heroin, a felony of the fourth degree

(1count) trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a felony of the fourth degree

(1 count) aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a felony of the third degree

Jason Monroe

(2 counts) aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), both felonies of the fifth degree

(1 count) aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a felony of the third degree

(2 counts) aggravated trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine), both felonies of the third degree

(1 count) possessing criminal tools, a felony of the fifth degree
