MONDAY, AUG. 19, 2019

CHANGE OF PLEA

Landon J. Clifton, 33, Convoy, changed his plea to petty theft, M-1, the court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for Sept. 11, 2019, at 10 a.m.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 21, 2019

CHANGE OF PLEA

Julie Survilla, 43, Van Wert, plead to aggravated trafficking in drugs, F-4, and aggravated possession of drugs, F-5, the court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for Sept. 25, 2019, at 9 a.m.

Toree F. Riddle, 32, Fort Wayne, Indiana, plead to possession of heroin, F-5. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for Sept. 25, 2019, at 9 a.m.

Brian D. Bleeke, 53, Convoy, plead to felonious assault, F-2. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for Sept. 25, 2019, at 10 a.m.

Sheila P. Raines, 39, Van Wert, plead to aggravated trafficking in drugs, F-3. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for Sept. 25, 2019, at 10 a.m.

SENTENCINGS

Adam G. Blatteau, 38, Van Wert, was sentenced for theft, F-5. Sentenced to 3 years community control, 30 days in jail at a time to be determined by his probation officer, 100 hours of community service, seek work and shall enroll in Ohio Means Jobs. Defendant shall be assessed for a GED and must complete the same. Defendant is ordered to complete a substance abuse assessment and successfully complete any program recommended. Restitution in the amount of $161.50. Ordered to pay Court costs.

Antonio M. Love, 34, Dayton, was sentenced for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, F-3. Sentenced to 3 years community control with 2 years intensive supervision, 30 days in jail at a time to be determined by his probation officer. Court costs.

Tyler David Dunn, 28, Van Wert, was sentenced for violating his probation on his charges of aggravated possession of drugs, F-5, and possessing drug abuse instruments, M-1. Sentenced to 3 years community control, 200 hours community service, 30 days in jail at a time to be determined by his probation officer. Further, he shall be placed at the Renewal Center Residential program and remain in that program for 90 days or until released by that program. Court costs.

William Crutchfield, 46, Van Wert, was sentenced for sexual imposition, M-3. Sentenced to 60 days in the Van Wert County Jail. He was classified as a Tier 1 sexual offender and is required to register for a period of 15 years. Ordered to pay Court costs.

David Timothy Edwin Seibert, 26, Van Wert, sentenced for two counts of sexual battery, F-3, and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, F-4. Sentenced to 124 months prison, credit for 190 days, and classified as a Tier 3 sex offender (register every 90 days for life). Court Costs

ARRAIGNMENTS

Joshua Carroll, 31, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to aggravated trafficking in drugs, F-4, and aggravated trafficking in drugs, F-3. The Court set a Personal Surety Bond with a pre-trial set for Sept. 18, 2019, at 8 a.m.

BOND VIOLATON

Angelo Jose Reynaldo Furr, 19, Lima, denied violating his bond by failing to appear for all scheduled Court hearings. Bond was set for $25,000. Court will set hearing at a later date.
