FRIDAY, AUG. 23, 2019

BOND VIOLATION

Zachariah M. Minyoung, 18, Van Wert, charged with trespass in a habitation, F-4, admitted to violating bond by violating Condition #4; failing to appear. Bond was set at $20,000. Sentencing set for Sept. 11, 2019 at 9 a.m.

MONDAY, AUG. 26, 2019

CHANGE OF PLEA

Angela Jose Reynaldo Furr, 19, Lima, changed his plea to sexual imposition, M-3; the court ordered a presentence investigation and set sentencing for Sept. 11, 2019 at 10 a.m.

TUESDAY, AUG. 27, 2019

SENTENCING

Chadd R. Dailey, 42, Rockford, sentenced for domestic violence, M-1. Sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days, two years community control with one year being intensive supervision, and 30 days in jail at a time to be determined by probation. Court costs.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 28, 2019

ARRAIGNMENTS

Cierra Miller, 33, Lima, entered a not guilty plea to identity fraud, F-5. The Court set a personal surety bond with a pretrial set for Sept. 18, 2019 at 9 a.m.

Johnathon Wells, 23, Antwerp, entered a not guilty plea to aggravated trafficking in drugs, F-3; aggravated possession of drugs, F-3; and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, F-4. he Court set a personal surety bond with a pretrial set for Sept. 18, 2019 at 8 a.m.

TIME WAIVER

Sarah Rebecca Ann Stephenson, 44, Fort Wayne, Indiana, signed a time waiver in open court and requested additional time to prepare for her case. An oral motion for bond modification was considered and she was released on a personal surety bond. Pretrial set for Sept. 18, 2019 at 8 a.m.

Jayson Foppe, 19, Van Wert, signed a time waiver in open court and requested additional time to prepare for his case. Pretrial set for Sept. 18, 2019 at 8 a.m.

SENTENCING

Conner Townsend-Elliot, 21, Middle Point, sentenced for corrupting another with drugs, F-4; and placing harmful substances in food, M-1. Sentenced to 90 days in jail with three days credit and 90 days in jail with three days credit to run concurrently. Court Costs.
