FRIDAY, FEB. 7

ARRAIGNMENT

Amber Worl, 41, Delphos, entered a not guilty plea to aggravate possession drugs, a felony 3; aggravated trafficking drugs; a felony 3; and possession criminal tools, a felony 5. The Court set bond at $10,000 cash or commercial surety and set pretrial for March 3.

MOTION HEARING

Joshua Wolf, 43, Willshire, defendant requested a continuance of his trial set for March 9. That request was granted and pretrial set for March 3.

SENTENCING

Danny Felger Jr., 56, Ohio City, attempted retaliation, a felony 4, Sentenced to two years community control, 90 days jail with credit for 33 days served, random drug screens, no drugs or alcohol without prescription, $500 fine, court costs, no contact with Judge Jill Straley and is not to leave State of Ohio without permission of probation officer.

Dawne Taylor, 55, Van Wert, aggravated trafficking drugs, a felony 3. Sentenced to 12 months prison, credit for zero days served, Court costs.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 12

Austin Schwaner, 20, Van Wert, 3 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with minor, a felony 4. Bond set at $25,000 cash or commercial surety and no contact with victim. Pretrial set March 3.

Kyle May, 36, Van Wert, domestic violence, a felony 3. Bond set at $25,000 cash or commercial surety and no contact with victim. Pretrial set March 4.

Adam Grogg, 29, Convoy, domestic violence, a felony 4. Surety bond, but may not be at marital residence and no contact with victim. Pretrial set March 6.

Lacy Sheets, 38, Delphos, aggravated possession of drugs, a felony 3; aggravated possession of drugs, a felony 5; and possession criminal tools, a felony 5. Bond: Surety with pretrial set March 6.

Jason Monroe, 46, Delphos, aggravated possession drugs, a felony 3; two counts aggravated possession drugs, each a felony 5; two counts aggravated trafficking drugs, each a felony 3; and possession criminal tools, a felony 5. Bond: $10,000 cash or commercial surety. Pretrial set March 6.

Brooke Scheumann, 20, Decatur, counterfeiting, a felony 4, Bond: Surety with pretrial set March 6.

Adam Purdy, 42, Delphos, aggravated possession drugs, a felony 5. Bond: Surety with pretrial set March 6.

Jordan Vickery, 36, Middle Point, theft, a felony 5; and receiving stolen prop, a felony 5; and forgery, a felony 5, Bond: Surety bond on these cases. Pretrial set March 4.

Jason Zamora, 42, Payne, illegal conveyance onto government facility, a felony 3; and aggravated possession drugs, a felony 5. Bond: Surety bond on this case and pretrial set Feb. 19.

Tate Arnold, 38, Van Wert, aggravated trafficking drugs, a felony 2 (two counts); trafficking drugs, a felony 4; trafficking fentanyl related compound, a felony 4; and aggravated possession drugs, a felony 3. Released on surety bond on this case. Pretrial set March 4.

Landin Burch, 19, Convoy, improper handling firearm in motor vehicle, a felony 4 (two counts). Released on surety bond with pretrial set March 11.

Adam Stripe, 42, Van Wert, two counts of complicity, each a felony 5; and theft, a felony 5. Bond: Surety, pretrial set March 25.

Sonny Metzger, 45, Van Wert, aggravated possession drugs, a felony 5, Bond: Surety, pretrial set March 6.

David Bashore, 47, Van Wert, improper handling firearm in motor vehicle, a felony 5; and aggravated possession drugs, a felony 5. Released on surety bond, pretrial set March 6.

Gary Caywood, 54, Scott, aggravated possession drugs, a felony 3, Bond: Surety, pretrial set March 4.

VIOLATIONS 

Alexandria Fletter, 21, Van Wert, admitted to violating her treatment programs by having a positive drug test. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for March 25.

Brittney Williams, 29, Lima, admitted violating her probation by using or possessing alcohol (OVI arrest). She was then sentenced to: five years community control, 14 days jail, credit for 14 days served, an additional 30 days jail at later date, 200 hours community service, no alcohol or illegal drugs, random screens, substance abuse and mental health assessments and treatment, one year intensive probation and all other terms from her original probation still in effect.

Kayla Lee, 32, Van Wert, admitted to violating her treatment in lieu program by not paying court costs and not finishing the case. The court extended the program for six months from today for her to complete all requirements.

Gabriel Palacios, 24, Van Wert, admitted to violating his bond by not reporting to probation for over 4 years. Bond was set at surety and pretrial set March 25.

CHANGE OF PLEA

Christina Donate McClure, 30, Van Wert, changed her plea to guilty to complicity, a felony 3; and permitting drug abuse, a felony 5. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for March 25.

Judicial release hearing

Kyle Goodwin, 31, Van Wert, was granted Judicial Release from his prison sentence. He was placed on three years community control, two years intensive probation, 30 days jail at later date, no alcohol or illegal drugs, random testing, substance abuse assessment and treatment, held in jail until assessments done and treatment arranged, seek work and was ordered to pay monthly probation fee, partial appointed counsel fees and costs.
