25, Van Wert, was arraigned for possession of cocaine, F5, and
possession of drugs, F5. He was ordered released on a surety bond with

Virginia Jo Marie Schrader,
28, Van Wert, was arraigned for weapons under disability, F3, and
aggravated trafficking drugs, F3. She was released on surety bond with
pretrial set for Oct. 24, 2018, at 8 a.m.
Bradley W Sheets, 36,
Convoy, was arraigned for weapons under disability, F3, aggravated
trafficking drugs, F3, two counts of receiving stolen property, F4, and
two counts of burglary, F2. His bond was set at $100,000 cash and
pretrial set for Oct. 25, 2018, at 9 a.m.
Ryan Churchwell, 41, Van Wert, was arraigned
for grand theft motor vehicle, F4, and unauthorized use of motor
vehicle, F4. He was released on surety bond with pretrial set for Oct.

Caleb Phillips, 18, Van Wert, was arraigned for possession of cocaine, F4, trafficking
marijuana, F4, possession of marijuana, F5, and aggravated possession

Robert Stegaman, 44, Van Wert, was arraigned
for domestic violence, F4. He was released on surety bond with pretrial

Edward Reinemeyer, 66, Van Wert,
was arraigned for improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, F5.
He was released on surety bond with pretrial set for Oct. 24, 2018, at 8

Peter Simpson, 27, Van Wert, was arraigned for theft, F5, and misuse of a credit card, M1. He was released on surety bond, and pretrial was set for Oct. 24, 2018, at 8 a.m.

Blake, 30, Defiance, was arraigned for identity fraud, F5. The case was
continued for further arraignment on Nov. 2, 2018, at 9 a.m. and bond
was set at $50,000 cash or commercial surety.
Yuridiana Toledo,
29, Delphos, was arraigned for harassment by bodily substance, F5,
telecommunications harassment, M1, resisting arrest, M2, and disorderly
conduct, M4. Released on surety bond with pretrial set for Oct. 24,
2018, at 9 a.m.
Kevin Davies, Jr, 29, Van Wert, was arraigned on
illegal conveyance of drugs into a correctional facility, F3. His bond
was set at $25,000 cash or commercial surety and pretrial set for Oct.
19, 2018, at 2 p.m.
Jared Shaffer, 19, Van Wert, was arraigned on aggravated possession of drugs, F5. He was released on surety bond with pretrial set for Oct. 24, 2018, at 8 a.m.
Johnny Bowersock, 54, Van Wert, was arraigned
for domestic violence, F3. He was released on a surety bond with a no
contact order with the victim. Pretrial was set for Oct. 24, 2018, at 8
a.m.
Corey Elston, 28, Van Wert, was arraigned for possession of
LSD, F5, and aggravated possession of drugs, F5. He was released on
surety bond with pretrial set for Oct. 24, 2018, at 9 a.m.
SENTENCINGS
Lester Sulfridge,
Jr., 59, Van Wert, was sentenced for aggravated possession of drugs,
F5. He was sentenced to 60 days jail beginning Oct. 11, 2018, and given
credit for one day served. He was ordered to pay costs and partial
appointed counsel fees.
Theodore King, 34, Convoy, was sentenced
for unauthorized use of property, M4. He was sentenced to two years
community control, 30 days jail, all suspended, mental health and
substance abuse assessments and treatment, one year intensive probation,
and ordered to pay costs, monthly probation fee, and partial appointed
counsel fees.
Frederick Murray, 32, Delphos, was sentenced for
theft, F5. He was sentenced to two years community control, seven days
jail beginning Oct. 13, 2018, with work release, an additional 30 days
jail at later date, 200 hours community service, one year intensive
probation, and ordered to pay costs, monthly probation fee, and partial
appointed counsel fees.
Jacob Thomas, 26, Ohio City, had his sentencing date continued until Oct. 17, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. to allow for more information.
Nathaniel Thomas, 40, Van Wert, was sentenced
for domestic violence, M1. He was sentenced to two years community
control, 180 days jail, 90 suspended, credit for two days served, an
additional 30 days jail at later date, 100 hours community service,
mental health and substance abuse assessments, one year intensive
probation, and ordered to pay costs, monthly probation fee, and partial
appointed counsel fees.
TIME WAIVER
Dustin Stuckey,
32, Middle Point, entered a time waiver in open court and requested
additional time to prepare his case. Pretrial was set for Oct. 31, 2018,
at 8 a.m.
CHANGES OF PLEAS
Amber Baker,
28, Van Wert, changed her plea to Guilty to aggravated possession of
drugs, F5 and to an amended charge of attempted illegal conveyance of
drugs into a corrections facility, F4. The Court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for Nov. 14, 2018, at 9 a.m.
VIOLATIONS
Jason
Gilbert, 38, Van Wert, denied violating his bond by failing a drug
test. The case was continued for hearing on Oct. 24, 2018, at 9 a.m. His
bond set at $50,000 cash or commercial surety.
Ecco Burker, 33,
Van Wert, admitted to violating her bond by failing to report to
probation. Her new bond was set at $10,000 cash or commercial surety
with pretrial set for Nov. 14, 2018, at 9 a.m.
Melissa Nihiser,
32, Van Wert, admitted to violating her probation by signing herself out
of the WORTH Center early. She was sentenced to 180 days jail with
credit for 40 days served.
Beth Wright, 49, Convoy, admitted to
violating her probation by failing to report to probation and failing to
complete assessments as ordered. She was sentenced to 180 days jail
with credit for 138 already served.
COMPETENCY HEARING
David
Leach, 27, Delphos, was found competent to stand trial after an
evaluation at Court Diagnostic in Toledo. Pretrial was set for Oct. 31,
2018, at 10 a.m.
