VAN WERT – The following cases were seen in the Van Wert Court of Common Pleas by Judge Martin Burchfield:

MONDAY, AUG. 5, 2019

BOND VIOLATIONS

Daniel A. Huber, 39, Van Wert, admitted to violating his bond and his treatment in lieu program by having in his possession or under his control any illegal drugs, nor any instrument for the use of such drugs. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and sentencing set for Sept. 25, 2019 at 9 a.m.

VIOLATIONS

Idris Nuriddeen, 44, Van Wert, admitted to violating his probation by violating Condition # 8 of the Standard Conditions of Community Control by having in his possession and under his control drug abuse instruments. He also plead to aggravated trafficking, F-4. He was sentenced to 13 months on the probation violation case in the custody of the Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections with 112 days of credit toward the sentence. He was sentenced to 17 months on the aggravated trafficking case in the custody of the ODRC with 0 days credit to run concurrent with the probation violation case. Nuriddeen was also ordered to pay court costs.

TUESDAY, AUG. 6, 2019

VIOLATIONS

Alonzo J. Munoz, 26, Van Wert, admitted to violating his probation by failing to report to probation as required and having a positive drug screen. He was sentenced to 150 days in jail with credit for 89 days served.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 7, 2019

ARRAIGNMENTS

Erik J. Buzard, 23, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to two counts of burglary and trespass in a habitation. Bond was set for $10,000. Pre-trial was set for Sept. 4, 2019 at 8 a.m.

Robert C. Ericson, 57, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to two counts of domestic violence. Bond was set for $50,000 with a no contact order with the victims of this matter. Pre-trial was set for Aug. 28, 2019 at 8 a.m.

Austin L. Ladd, 29, Delphos, entered a not guilty plea to aggravated possession of drugs, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and possession of hashish along with specifications on three of the counts for forfeiture of money and property. Bond was set for $50,000 and pre-trial was set for Aug. 28, 2019, at 8 a.m.

Jayson M. Foppe, 19, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to assault and felonious assault. Bond was set for $50,000. A no contact order was ordered with the victims in this case. Pre-trial was set for Aug. 28, 2019, at 8 a.m.

Jeremy C. Dunbar, 22, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to aggravated possession of drugs. A personal surety bond was ordered. Pre-trial was set for Sept. 4, 2019, at 8 a.m.

Marah J. Davis, 28, Decatur, Indiana, entered a not guilty plea to aggravated possession of drugs. A personal surety bond was ordered. Pre-trial was set for Sept. 4, 2019 at 8 a.m.

Mackenzie Allen, 19, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to theft and identity fraud. A personal surety bond was ordered as well as a no contact order with the victim in this matter. Pretrial was set for Sept. 4, 2019 at 9 a.m.

Ashley L. Lewis, 39, Convoy, entered a not guilty plea to three counts of gross sexual imposition. A personal surety bond was ordered. No contact with the victim in this case was ordered. Pre-trial was set for Sept. 4, 2019 at 8 a.m.

Valerie C. Parent, 38, Delphos, entered a not guilty plea to nine counts of tampering with records and six counts of medicaid eligibility fraud. A personal surety bond was ordered. Pre-trial was set for Sept. 4, 2019 at 8 a.m.

Jeremy Bradford Nielsen, 40, Ohio City, entered a not guilty plea to arson and vandalism. A personal surety bond was ordered. Pre-trial was set for Sept. 4, 2019 at 9 a.m.

Justin W. Diltz, 64, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to aggravated possession of drugs. A personal surety bond was ordered. Pre-trial was set for Sept. 4, 2019 at 8 a.m.

BOND VIOLATION

Toree F. Riddle, 32, Ft. Wayne, Indiana, admitted to violating her bond by failing to appear. Court set bond at $10,000. PT set for August 21, 2019 at 8:00 a.m.

SENTENCINGS

Danielle Alyse Bledsoe, 22, Van Wert, changed her plea to guilty to a bill of information for petty theft, M-1. The Court then sentenced her to one day in jail. Restitution was ordered in the amount $100. She was ordered to pay Court costs and partial reimbursement for court appointed counsel.

Anthony Oliver, 24, Van Wert, sentenced for aggravated possession of drugs, F-3. He was sentenced to a basic prison term of 24 months in the custody of the Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, with credit for 127 days. He was ordered to pay Court costs.
