VAN WERT – The Times Bulletin announced today that the newspaper will be moving to 1167 Westwood Drive, Suite 101 in Van Wert.

“We are very excited about the Times Bulletin’s move to Westwood Drive. Our new location will provide us with an attractive and comfortable working space and plenty of parking,” said Roberta Cohen, Vice President of DHI Media. “We also chose this location because it offers our reporters, graphics, and sales staff a collaborative environment in which we can be even more creative and efficient. We look forward to welcoming the community to our new location as we continue our efforts to tell Van Wert’s (and the surrounding region) stories and show how and why this community is a great place to work and live.”

In 1972, the Times Bulletin moved into the Fox Road location to accommodate the purchase of a new printing press, which was also housed in the building. The printing press took up a large portion of space in the 8,850 square foot facility.

Today, the Times Bulletin’s printing is handled at Midwest Newspaper Publishing Co., Inc., also known as Eagle Print, the company’s corporate printing facility in Delphos, Ohio.

The current location at 700 Fox Road sold last Friday, June 30 to Mac White, LLC and it has yet to be announced what will go into the building. In 2019, the Times Bulletin will celebrate its 175th anniversary of serving Van Wert and looks forward to continuing to serve the community long into the future.

A grand opening and ribbon cutting will be announced after the move is finalized.
