Van fire extinguished

No one was reported injured, but an unidentified van is a total lass after catching on fire Wednesday afternoon around 5:20 p.m. Crews from the Scott Fire Department were called to extinguish the blaze in a verhicle facing westbound on U.S. 224 near the intersection with Hattery Rd. U.S. 224 was blocked to traffic while the crews cleared the area.
