VAN WERT — In Thursday night soccer action, the Spencerville boys rolled over New Knoxville, while the Van Wert girls were shutout by Kenton.

SPENCERVILLE — The Spencerville boys picked up a 6-2 non-conference win over New Knoxville on Thursday night.

The Bearcats victory brings them to an overall record of 7-2-2 on the season. Their next game is on Monday against Ada.

VAN WERT — The Van Wert girls were shutout 13-0 by Kenton on Thursday evening.

The Lady Cougars are now 0-12 (0-7 WBL) on the season. They'll be back in action on Saturday against Ada.
