VAN WERT — In Thursday sectional golf action, Keaton Foster of Van Wert qualified for districts, while Lincolnview narrowly missed the qualifying mark as a team.

OTTAWA — Van Wert finished just short of qualifying as team for districts with a score of 363 and a fifth place finish in the sectional tournament at Moose Landing Country Club on Thursday.
Individually, Keaton Foster clinched a trip to next week's district tournament with a score of 85.
At the same sectional, Spencerville finished in the 12th spot.
