VAN WERT — In Thursday night volleyball action, both Lincolnview and Parkway won to remain unbeaten, while Van Wert fell in three sets to Wapak.

KALIDA — Lincolnview beat Kalida in four sets to win their seventh straight game on Thursday night.

Final scores for all sets were 17-25, 25-14, 25-14 and 26-24.

Carsyn Looser led the way for the Lady Lancers with 16 kills, an ace and a pair of blocks.

Breck Evans contributed 35 assists and 16 digs. McKayla Blankemeyer blocked a team-high four balls and added seven kills.

Emma Bowersock also chipped in with eight kills, four aces and two blocks .

Lincolnview is still undefeated (7-0) after the win. They’ll be back in action on Monday at home against New Bremen.

MINSTER — Parkway outlasted conference rival Minster in a three close sets on Thursday night.

Final scores for all sets were 25-21, 26-24 and 25-22.

Macy Johnson led the way for the Lady Panthers with 13 kills, seven digs and three aces. Gabrielle Stober also recorded 13 kills, Brittyn Bruns added 19 assists and Emiree Knittle contributed three aces.

Parkway remains unbeaten at 8-0 (2-0 MAC) following the victory. They’ll return to the court on Monday against Crestview.

VAN WERT — Van Wert suffered its eighth straight loss to open up the season in a three set match against Wapak on Thursday night.

Final scores for all sets were 15-25, 19-25 and 11-25.

The Lady Cougars are now 0-8 (0-3 WBL) on the season. Their next game is on Monday at Coldwater.
