HARROD — Lincolnview and Allen East battled to five sets on Tuesday, but the Mustangs pulled out the NWC victory.
The Lady Lancers lost the first two sets 19-25 and 18-25, then bounced back to take the next two sets 25-22 and 27-25 before falling 13-15 in the deciding fifth set.
McKayla Blankemeyer led Lincolnview in hitting with 14 kills, followed by Emma Bowersock with 12 kills and Carsyn Looser with 10.
Both Blankemeyer and Looser also blocked five balls in the game.
Setter Breck Evans dished out 42 assists and had 10 digs. Grace Brickner recorded a team-high 25 digs.
Lincolnview (12-6, 4-2 NWC) returns to the court on Thursday at home against Jefferson.
